Today, it’s time I reveal one of my favorite things ever: vegan, gooey microwave brownies. To be completely honest, I am not vegan but for some reason I prefer vegan brownies. I find them denser and fudgier. Warning: These brownies are addictive!!! I am currently in the midst of my finals, so while I haven’t really been wearing much makeup, I have been eating many of these brownies, so why not write about them? 😉
These brownies are quite simple and take about 2 minutes to make and then 30 seconds to inhale. All you need is a mug or bowl, a teaspoon, a mixing spoon and a microwave.

Then all you need to do is mix all the ingredients together. If it does not seem wet enough, which it probably won’t, add a splash of milk (I use almond milk). Once combined, put into the microwave until mostly, but not totally, cooked as this brownie is best a little gooey! For my microwave that is 35 seconds on 50% power, but it will vary for different microwaves. Then either enjoy alone or with a little vanilla cashew ice cream.
